Delivery Policy

We ship all orders with the best available carrier in your country (e.g. DHL, UPS or FedEx). Orders received by 2:00 p.m. (Central European Time) are shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then typically takes 2-3 business days; for deliveries outside the EU or those requiring customs clearance it may take longer.

Within the EU, shipping is free when the standard shipping method is selected. Outside the EU as well as when an express shipping method is chosen, shipping costs may apply and will be shown during the checkout process.

To avoid delays, returns, additional fees or other unclear issues at the border, we make sure that our shipment is accompanied by all necessary documents. The customs authorities of the destination country may require taxes. In that case, it is your responsibility to pay the difference in taxes and duties at your local customs office. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes, duties or fees.

REFUND AND RIGHT OF RETURN

To return an item, please send us an email at [email protected] to receive a notification with a return number. You will need this number to send the product back. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. In addition, you may only return the product within 30 days of receipt. Please note that you will receive a full refund excluding shipping costs (which may amount to up to 20 euros depending on the destination country), customs fees, import VAT and other additional costs.

In order to process your return, we need some details. Please note: We will only process your return if you provide ALL the required information on the parcel.
